Package Your Item
Carefully place the item in its original box with all protective tissue and tags, ensuring the garment is folded correctly to prevent creasing.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier partner and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our quality control team.
